Heaven's Burning ( Original title: Heaven 's Burning ) led is an Australian thriller from 1997 directed by Craig Lahiff, the screenplay was written by Louis Nowra. .

Action

The Japanese Midori marries under duress their relatives Yukio, with whom she traveled to Australia. There, she flees from her husband, pretending she could have been kidnapped. On the run, she is caught in a bank robbery and becomes a hostage. The robbers they want to kill, and then the working for the bandits as a driver Colin rescues the girl. He and Midori escape together before Colin's former accomplices.

The movie was filmed in Adelaide and in various other places in the province of South Australia. Its world premiere took place on 6 September 1997 at the Toronto International Film Festival. In October 1997, he was shown at the Sitges Festival Internacional de Cinema de Catalunya. On 6 November 1997 he arrived in selected Australian cinemas, where he recorded about 49,000 Australian dollars.
