Heby Municipality
Heby is a municipality (Swedish kommun ) in the Swedish province of Uppsala County and the historic province of Uppland. The main town of the municipality is Heby.
History
The village belonged until 31 December 2006, the province Västmanland County. The change to the province of Uppsala County was decided in 2005, after a referendum in 1998, the majority of the population had voted for the change.

Description: In gevierten coat of arms in the first and fourth field a red wall, in the second a red clamp and the third field two red against each crossed sickles of silver.
