Heroes & Zeros

Heroes & Zeros are a rock band from Norway. The band consists of Hans Jørgen Undelstvedt, Lars Løberg Tofte and Arne Mathisen Kjelsrud. All members grew up in the small town of Lillesand in the south coast of Norway. Once they have developed a common sound, they moved into their present home choice Oslo.

History

Their music combines elements from different genres. In her native Norway, the debut album Strange Constellations was the best-selling rock album of 2007 and debuted at number 13 of the Norwegian Top 40 charts. On 20 February 2009, the album was released in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on the Duesseldorf-based label Redfield Records and distributed by Cargo Records. The second album Simian Vices Modern Devices will also be released on August 27, 2010 in Germany on Redfield. Norway has already landed at number 13 on the charts. Their single Into The Light was selected in 2008 for the EA video game FIFA.

Since its inception, Heroes & Zeros around 200 live concerts in England, Germany, Austria, Israel, Estonia, Italy and Norway, and, among others, as support of The Smashing Pumpkins and Melissa Auf der Maur played.
