Herzhorn (Amt)

The Office Herzhorn was an office in the south of the district of Steinburg, in Schleswig- Holstein. The administrative headquarters of the Office was in Herzhorn. The Office was disbanded at the end of 2007.

Covering an area of 94 km ² last lived nearly 6500 residents in the communities

History

1889, the District Herzhorn from the communities angel Wildnis and Herzhorn was formed. After dissolution of the magisterial districts of the two communities formed in 1948, the Office Herzhorn.

1963 included the communities Blomesche wilderness, Borsfleth, Elskop and Krempendorf out of the former Office Borsfleth to the Office Herzhorn.

After the dissolution of the Office Kollmar 1970, whose communities large Kollmar, Small Kollmar and Neuendorf b closed. Elmshorn to the Office. The community Elskop resigned and joined the Office Krempermarsch. 1974 merged big and small Kollmar to church today Kollmar.

On 1 January 2008 were the seven churches of the Office Herzhorn at the Office Horst, which then changed its name to Office Horst Heart horn.
