Hipnosis (Italian band)

Hypnosis, also Hipnosis was an Italo - disco band of the 1980s. Her biggest hit was called Pulstar and appeared in 1983.

Band History

Stefano Cundari Koto Hypnosis founded at the beginning of the 1980s in Parma. Other members were Paul Sears and Ugo Solenghi. 1982 met Angelo Bergamini from Kirlian Camera to the group. Cundari had the idea, chose to cover the song Vangelis Pulstar. The recordings were supported by Anfrando Maiola, Cundaris partner at Koto. The placed on Memory Records title made ​​it in Austria and Switzerland in the Top 20 in Germany even in the top 10 with Oxygene, reached number 39 in the German charts, and Astro Dance came to 1984 two more singles in the stores.

In the following years all the original members left Cundaris project. The band's founder published in 1987 under the name Droid Track Hypnosis, but could not continue the old results. Died in 1990 the Italians. Officially the project was now complete.

In the 1990s there were further Hypnosis publications. 1991 anthology Hypnosis appeared with well-known titles on CD. A year later, Humphrey Robertson used the band name for a single and an album, both of which were published by ZYX, and so gave the impression that the old project Hypnosis will be continued with new musicians. After another Maxi was in 1994 but also for this band copy deadline.
