" Criticism of Tim Sendra ( Allmusic ) was 4.5 stars out of 5 points also very positive: "The album recommended is too easy a course of action; to demand it would be more appropriate. Bertrachten it Hold on Now, Youngster ... then as highly necessary. "Drowned In Sound awarded 9/10 points and stated that " nothing is really wrong on the album. It is simply the best sugar rush that could have guaranteed this year, and sounds at this time greatly for the best debut album from a British indie band since Tigermilk to. " Martina Kellner of laut.de was 4 out of 5 points is also very fond of the debut album: " the pieces of the Welsh are brimming with joy and exuberance and beguile with a lot of lo-fi charm. First, there are the schrammel ends, squeaky indie guitar and the rumbling, then hip drums. Added to join childishly easy, playful violin and piano sounds, here and there a little chimes and much clapping, which blended the whole thing to a fantastic danceable power pop blend. "
