The Wood Creek is a 3.9 km long, orographic left tributary of the North Rhine- Westphalian Ahse in Werl, Germany.

Geography

The source of the Holsbaches is located about 800 m northeast of the hamlet Welverner Klotingen at an altitude of 78 m above sea level. NN. It first flows in a northeasterly direction Nehlerheide. Here applies the term to the north. After flowing through the hamlet west of Wood Creek flows about 800 m southeast of Nateln to 68 m above sea level. NN on the left into the Ahse.

The Wood Creek overcomes on its 3.9 km long route an altitude difference of 10 m, corresponding to an average bed slope of 2.6 ‰. It drains its watershed over Ahse, Lippe and Rhine to the North Sea.
