Hongkong Land

The Hongkong Land Company, Limited (Chinese香港 置 地) or short Hongkong Land has been active since its creation in 1889 in the development and operation of residential and commercial properties. Originally focused on Hong Kong, the company has expanded in recent years, its activities increasingly on the People's Republic of China and Singapore. The official headquarters but in Hamilton, Bermuda. The company is listed on the Straits Times Index on the Singapore Exchange and the Stock Exchange in Bermuda.

Hongkong Land holds 77 percent stake in the real estate company MCL country from Singapore. With 50 % of the share capital (as at end August 2009) is Hong Kong Country in turn dominated by the conglomerate Jardine Matheson Holdings.
