I want to be a Soldier ( original title De mayor quiero ser soldado ) is a Spanish- Italian film drama on the international film festival in Rome in 2010, had its premiere. It is the fourth feature film by director Christian Molina.

Action

Alex is a ten year old boy who has few friends. He begins to think up an imaginary friend and calls this Captain Harry. Alex wants to be an astronaut and so he takes Captain Harry as a model, since this is an astronaut. After the birth of his little brother, Alex feels, by his parents, more than neglected. He asks his father to buy him his own television and can place this in his room. Alex is now looking for hours movies that glorify violence and murder. As his behavior worsened towards his parents and classmates, Captain Harry is replaced by Sergeant John Cluster. As a new model brings with this Alex, as Alex makes his new dream of becoming a great soldier, true.
