IEEE Morris N. Liebmann Memorial Award
The IEEE Morris N. Liebmann Memorial Award is a Technology Award for new developments in recent years, which was awarded first in 1919 by the Institute of Radio Engineers (IRE ) and later by ( with the IRE merged ) IEEE. First it was a prize of Radio Engineering. It is named after Colonel Morris N. Liebmann. He was assigned to 2000, after which he was replaced by the IEEE Daniel E. Noble Award.
