Ignacio Ambríz

Marcos Ignacio Ambriz Espinoza ( born February 7, 1965 in Mexico City), also known by the nickname of Nacho ( the short form for Ignacio ), is a Mexican football coach and former football player at the position of the defender.

Association

Although Nacho Ambriz worked for six teams during his playing career, he just stood with his hometown club Necaxa for more than two years under contract. The Necaxistas he played in three stages: at the beginning of his professional career between 1983 and 1986, in his best years between 1989 and 1996 and at the end of his active career between 1999 and 2001 in the seasons 1994/95 and 1995/96 he won with. National

Coach

Soon after finishing his playing career he was as an assistant coach committed by Javier Aguirre, whom he accompanied to Spain, where he earned first at CA Osasuna and then at Atletico Madrid his money.

In the summer of 2009, he returned to Mexico and received the Club San Luis his first long-term contract as head coach after he worked for seven games as interim coach of Puebla FC in the Clausura 2003 already. The end of 2011 his engagement ended in San Luis and the beginning of 2012 he was engaged as successor of Fernando Quirarte as head coach at Chivas Guadalajara.
