Illya Kvasha

Illja Olegowytsch Kvasha (Ukrainian Кваша Ілля Олегович, born March 5, 1988 in Mykolaiv ) is a Ukrainian diver. He takes part in international competitions since 2006 and occurs m synchronized diving in the disciplines of 1 m and 3 m- board and in 3 at.

His biggest success was winning the bronze medal in the 3m synchro competition at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 with his partner Olexij Pryhorow. In single from the 3 m board, he also was ranked 15th

He also won several medals at European Swimming Championships. 2008 in Eindhoven, he won gold at 1 m- board and silver from 3 m Board, 2009 in Turin and he repeated the gold and silver medal also won gold in the synchronized diving with Pryhorow. Two gold medals get him in 2010 in Budapest, this time in an individual from the 1 m- board and 3-meter synchronized diving. From 1 m- board, he won again in 2011 in Turin another silver medal.
