2009 European Diving Championships
The first European Championships in Diving were from 1st to 5th April, 2009 Turin, Italy, discharged. It was the first European Championships, which were not, but discharged separately as part of the European swimming championships. Venue was the stadium Monumental. This marked European Championships from now on every year instead of two a year.
Ten competitions were held, one each for men and women singles competitions from 1 m and 3 m- board and from the 10 m tower and synchro competitions from the 3 m board and 10 m tower.
