İncirliova ( Turkish for fig -level ) is a place in Turkey's Aydın Province. The motorway from Izmir to Aydin, and several railway lines pass through this city.

History

The history of the district İncirliova goes back to the 17th century. In the Ottoman Empire, it was a circle, which was established in 1898 to a municipality with the name Karapinar. In 1934 it got its present name İncirliova. On July 4, 1987 it became a district.

In İncirliova particular, there is the fig cultivation, barley, wheat, tobacco, cotton, sesame, corn, olives and vegetables.

In addition to the county town, there are in the district of the municipality Acarlar and 21 villages Akcesme köyü, Arpa particular, Arzular, Beyköy, Dereağzı, Egrek Erbeyli, Gerenkova, Hacıaliobası, Hamitler, Ikizdere, İsafakılar, Karabağ, Karagözler, Köprüova, Osmanbükü, Palamut, Sandıklı, Sınırteke, Şirindere and Yazıdere.
