IonuÈ› Neagu

Ionut Neagu ( born October 26, 1989 in Galaţi ) is a Romanian football player. The midfielder is since 2013 when Steaua Bucharest in the league 1 under contract.

Career

The career of Neagu began in 2008 in the second team of Otelul Galati in the League III. In May 2009, he was first employed by Dorinel Munteanu in the first team in the League 1. There he could win a regular place in the 2009/10 season. The greatest success of his career he was able to celebrate winning the championship in 2011. In the next Champions League season, he left with his team as Table behind Benfica, FC Basel and Manchester United.

National

In November 2011, Neagu was first appointed to the levy of the Romanian national team coach Victor Piţurcă. He made his debut on 15 November 2011, when he was in the starting line-up for the friendly match against Greece. Since then, he is a regular force in the team.
