IonuÈ› Rada

Alin Ionut Rada ( born July 6, 1982 in Craiova, Dolj county ) is a Romanian football player. Since summer 2010, the defender at CFR Cluj in Liga 1 is under contract.

Career

Association

Rada began his career in 2000 as a defender in Divizia A Universitatea Craiova FC and moved in 2001 to the AS Rocar Bucharest. After a year he moved again the club and came back to FC Universitatea Craiova. In January 2004 he moved again to the club and came to Rapid Bucharest. In 2005 he played for half a year at FC Naţional Bucharest in June 2005 and moved back to Rapid Bucharest. In 2007 he moved for about € 1.6 million to Steaua Bucharest. End of December 2009, he signed a contract with Al -Nasr Sports Club Dubai, which he took up on January 4, 2010.

In summer 2010, Rada returned to Romania and joined the reigning champions CFR Cluj.

After one and a half years changed Rada for half a year on loan to relegation-threatened Karlsruher SC in the 2nd Bundesliga. Since this did not make the league, it was back to Cluj.

National

Rada played in 2003 against Ukraine first of his two caps, which Romania won 2-0.
