The Iput (Russian Ипуть; belarusian Іпуць, Ipuz ) is a 437 km long left tributary of the Sosch in the east of Belarus and western Russia.

The Iput springs near the village Nedwed in Rajon Klimawitschy in the east of the Belarusian Mahiljouskaja Woblasz. They first flows to the northeast and reached after some 20 km from the Russian Smolensk Oblast.
