Isle is a small town ( with a status of "City" ) in Mille Lacs County in the U.S. state of Minnesota. In 2010, Isle had 751 inhabitants.

Isle is located in the Mille Lacs Indian Reservation of the Anishinabe ( Ojibwa ) and is called in their language Chi mini singing.

Geography

Isle is located in northeastern Minnesota's center on the southeastern shore of Mille Lacs Lake. The geographical coordinates are 46 ° 08'17 " north latitude and 93 ° 28'15 " west longitude. The site covers 6.60 km ², spread over 5.49 km ² land and 1.11 km ² water surface.
