Ismaël Bouzid

Ismaël Bouzid ( born July 21, 1983 in Nancy, France) is an Algerian football player who was born in France and grew up there as well.

The center-back started his football career in the youth of the FC Jarville. In 1998 he then moved to the football boarding school of FC Metz. There he spent most of his youth, before it moved him to Germany in 2004 to 1 FC Union Berlin. In 2005 he then moved to MC Alger. The right-footed lingered there as well not last long. In 2006 he moved back to Germany, 1 FC Kaiserslautern, where he signed a contract until 2007. Important factors for this change were the proximity to his home town of Metz and his childhood friend Aïmen Demai, who also in 2006 moved to FCK. He is of Algerian national team. For the 2007/2008 season he moved to Galatasaray. His first game he made after substitution against FC Sion in the UEFA Cup. Had made Bouzid Because of the few games, Galatasaray broke the contract after one season back on.
