Ivan Lietava

Ivan Lietava ( born July 20, 1983 in Bratislava) is a Slovak football player.

Youth

Lietava played in his youth for ŠK Šenkvice and ŠK Cífer.

Club career

The first professional contract with FC Spartak Trnava got Lietava, where he played in the season 2003/ 04. After two very good seasons at FK AS Trenčín it was not running at FK Dukla Banská Bystrica quite as good. Lietava has come to MŠK Žilina in 2007, he was awarded in the 2008/ 09 after Denizlispor and in summer 2010 he received a four -year contract with Konyaspor. In December 2010, he returned after six months from Turkey and has signed a two -year contract with MŠK Žilina. In Žilina he plays with number 39, as Nicolas Anelka at Chelsea. Anelka is also his nickname.

National

Lietava played six games in the Slovak U-21 national team in UEFA competitions and scored four Tore.Zudem he also belonged to the squad of the Slovak national team, but played no international match.
