Ivan Vrba

Ivan Vrba ( born June 15, 1977 in Zlín ) is a former Czech track cyclist.

2002 took Ivan Vrba at the UEC -Bahn European Championships in Büttgen third in the Team Sprint, together with Pavel Buráň and Arnost Drcmanek. At the European Championships in Moscow the following year he became vice - European champion in the Omnium. In the UCI Track World Championships 2004 in Melbourne, he won the bronze medal in the Keirin. He was em - third in the team sprint, with Alois Kaňkovský and Adam Ptáčník, and national champion in the sprint and third in the team pursuit in 2005.

Twice launched Vrba at the Olympic Games: Sydney 2000 he finished eleventh in the team sprint, with Buran and Martin Polák, and 2004 in Athens tenth in the Keirin. In 2005 he ended his cycling career.
