Jaman District

The Jaman District is a former district in the Brong- Ahafo Region of Ghana. He was only formed in 1988 by a division of the Berekum - Jaman District and was in turn divided into the districts of Jaman South District and Jaman North District on 12 November 2003 by Presidential Decree of President John Agyekum Kufuor divided.

The Jaman District bordering on the districts Berekum, Dormaa and Tain, as well as to the neighboring Ivory Coast.
