James Marcello

James J. "Little Jimmy" Marcello ( born 1941 ) is an Italian- American mobster and is traded outfit by the FBI as the current boss of Chicago. Presumably it 's getting closer, however, to see him as the " front boss" for the leading trio John "No Nose" DiFronzo, Joseph " Joey the Clown" Lombardo and Joseph "Joe the Builder " Andriacchi.

Life

Marcello was born in Chicago. His mother was Irish, his father Italian descent. He worked for the Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation 1960-1973.

Marcello has been accepted as a full member of the Mafia, according to former Mafiosi 1983. The fact that he was not pure Italian ancestry, was the Mafia apparently been unknown since this long period had been shooting condition.

Marcello was the driver and bodyguard of Sam " Wings" Carlisi, former boss of the outfit. Marcello's activities for the outfit did not go unnoticed by the judiciary. On December 15, 1992, he was standing with his boss Carlisi in court. In the process, the prosecutor went away from that Marcello 's deputy Carlisi is whose "street crew" (street team) acted in the western suburbs of Chicago, which now has five members (including Anthony Zizzo, Anthony Chiara Monti, Gill Valerio ) with their bosses were on trial. On December 16, 1993, all defendants were sentenced according to the indictment; the sentence was determined on 5 April 1995 to 12.5 years.

"If my name was not James Marcello, I would not be standing in front of you. That's all I have to say. "

" If my name was not James Marcello, I would not stand in front of you. That's all I have to say. "

Between 14 February and 15 May 2000, Marcello had to face another trial, which was based on the RICO Act, together with Anthony Zizzo. He was charged with conspiracy, illegal gambling and murder. Marcello was about 12; Zizzo sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Marcello was made redundant in November 2003 from detention in prison in Milan, returned to Lombard and obviously took his work for the mob again. The manhunt pressure from the FBI, however, was maintained. A new process with prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald and Judge James Zagel was the result of the FBI's Operation Family Secrets (English: " Family Secrets " ), which led to arrests in 2005. Along with James Marcello were Frank Schweihs, Joseph Lombardo (78 ), Frank Calabrese (70 ), Anthony Doyle, a former police officer, and Paul Schiro in court. Whether the process that began on 21 June 2007, resulting in enlightening statements of the accused, is currently can not be estimated.

On 10 September 2007, Marcello was convicted of various crimes, and must receive a prison sentence of 15 years.

Spilotro murder case

Probably Marcello is caught up in the brutal murder of Michael and Anthony Spilotro, whose murder was portrayed in the film Casino. Both were brutally beaten both in reality and in the film and apparently buried alive in a cornfield.

Marcello was sentenced on 27 September 2007 for the murder, but acquitted of another murder of Nicholas D' Andrea. Until the sentencing Marcello was incarcerated at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago.

Originally, the penalty should be announced on 11 December 2008; which then took place on 5 February 2009 by Judge James Zagel, who imposed a life sentence. Marcello was transferred to the maximum security prison near Atwater.
