Jan van Cauwelaert

Jan van Cauwelaert CICM ( born April 12, 1914 in Antwerp, Belgium) is a retired Roman Catholic bishop of the diocese Inongo in Congo.

Life

Jan van Cauwelaert, son of psychology professor, Mayor of Antwerp and the Belgian State Secretary Frans Van Cauwelaert, entered the Congregation of the Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary ( Scheut missionaries ), with and received on 6 August 1939, the ordination.
