Javi Fuego

Javier " Javi " Fuego Martínez ( born January 4, 1984 in Pola de Serio, Asturias) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Rayo Vallecano in the Spanish Primera División.

Playing career

Association

A native of Asturias Javi Fuego played for five years, from 2002 to 2007 for his local club Sporting Gijon, after he had previously been used for the second team in midfield. In the 2007/2008 season, he was active for the first division side Levante UD, but he left after relegation at season's end.

In August 2008, Javi Fuego joined the Spanish side Recreativo Huelva. Even after relegation in 2009 he remained the club in Segunda División receive. In summer 2010, he moved to league rivals Rayo Vallecano.

For the 2013/2014 season Fuego switches to FC Valencia and wins the contract for two years.

For the U-19, U -20, U -21 and U -22 Spain's Javi Fuego comes to a total of 17 appearances.
