Jay Mohr

Jay Mohr ( born August 23, 1970 in Verona, New Jersey) is an American actor and comedian.

Life

Mohr came first in the television series ABC TGIF and Camp Wilder and in the years 1993 to 1995 in the comedy show Saturday Night Live. He was on Saturday Night Live also works as a screenwriter; in 2004 he published about his experiences during this time a book. Since 2003, he produced the show Last Comic Standing. In 2004, he appeared as a guest at The Jim Rome Show, where he caused a sensation with controversial remarks about Muhammad Ali and Ronald Reagan. He also had a guest appearance in the comedy series Scrubs - as Doctor Peter Fisher.

In the movie Jerry Maguire - the game of life Mohr played in 1996 alongside Tom Cruise and Renée Zellweger, 1997 in the movie Picture Perfect with Jennifer Aniston and Kevin Bacon and 2000 in the movie Pay It Forward alongside Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt.

Mohr was married from 1998 to 2004 to actress Nicole Chamberlain, with whom he has a son. Since early 2006, Mohr was engaged to actress Nikki Cox, whom he married in Los Angeles on December 29, 2006.
