Jayne Wisener

Jayne Wisener ( born May 19, 1987 in Ballymoney ) is a British actress and singer.

Personal

Wisener was born in Ballymoney and grew up in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, where she attended Coleraine High School for girls. In 2005, she played Antrim in the Rose of Tralee competition. She also took part in the Musical 4 Youth, as well as a workshop production of Falling.

While they played at the Millennium Forum in Derry in a youth production of West Side Story, she was discovered by a talent scout who asked to participate in an audition for the musical film Sweeney Todd. Later Wisener age of 19, however, was considered too old for the role of the 15 -year-old Johanna Barker. She then emailed the producers some pictures where she was unadorned, although " young appearance of a normal actress brings no pleasure, was [ it ] really pleased with the result " and got the part. After she spent a year studying at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, she left them because she got the role in Sweeney Todd.

She made her stage debut in the UK it was 2007 with the premiere of the musical Parade at the Donmar Warehouse. After that, she appeared in the role of Amy in Boogeyman 3 and in November 2008 in the role of Sophie in the London West End production of the new musical The Lost Christmas by Laurence Mark Wythe, which was performed in the Trafgalgar Studios.

In 2009 she had a guest role in the series The Inbetweeners. From 2009 to 2010 she played the role of Mary Lennox in the West Yorkshire Playhouse in the stage play The Secret Garden. 2010 Wisener played the lead role in the British film Jay Life just is. She plays in the film with Paul Nicholls a couple who wants to save his complex relationship.

In May 2011, she starred in the television series The Runaway, the young woman Sally, who lives in a women's prison, based on Martina Cole's novel of the same ( German " Prison ").
