Jean-Luc Thérier

Jean -Luc Therier ( born October 7, 1945 in Hodeng -au -Bosc ) is a former French rally and circuit racers.

Had already been extended a drivers' world championship in the World Rally Championship in 1973, the title of Jean -Luc Therier would be gone. The French Alpine factory driver won on an Alpine A110, the world championship races in Portugal and Greece, as well as the San Remo Rally. Therier this year was the driver with the most points rating, but only the brand title was awarded in 1973.

In his long career Therier won two more championship runs. In 1974, he won on a Renault 17 Gordini in the Press-on- Regardless in the U.S. and in 1980 he won a Porsche 911SC overall victory at the Tour de Corse.

Four times he was also in the 24- hour race at Le Mans at the start. Best place was the tenth overall in 1968.
