Jean-Philippe Côté

Jean -Philippe Côté ( born April 22, 1982 in Charlesbourg, Quebec ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who plays for the Norfolk Admirals in American Hockey League since November 2011. He is the former NHL player Alain Côté son.

Career

Jean -Philippe Côté 2000 was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the National Hockey League, for whom he never stood on the ice. In the years from 2003 to 2008 he had 335 missions for the Hamilton Bulldogs in the American Hockey League where he (, 44 assists, 10 goals) scored as a defender total of 54 points. Here he came during the 2005 /06 to 8 inserts in the NHL for the Montreal Canadiens. In November 2009 he moved to Europe, where he received a contract with the Kassel Huskies of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. Following the insolvency of Northern Hesse, he went to league rivals Hamburg Freezers for which he played until 2011.
