Jean-Pierre Maradan

Jean -Pierre Maradan played his children's football up to the Junior B FC Deitingen. In 1970 he moved to FC Grenchen and played at the Junior Inter- Regional and the first team in the National League B and after the rise in 1971 in the National League A. After the 1972-73 season as the team got back.

In 1976 he moved to FC Basel back into the NLA. Despite many players personalities ( Mundschin, Stohler, Geisser, Maissen Ramseier and Fischli played at that time in Basle ) of the Right Maradan was a regular player quickly. With Basel he was two times Swiss champion and Swiss Cupfinalist 1982. He was Alpencupsieger and four-time Uhrencupsieger. In Uhrencupfinal from 1983, he scored the goal by penalty, the 1-0 victory against FC Zurich.

After his successful time in Basel in 1984, he returned back to Grenchen to his family and to FC Grenchen.
