Jeffrey Foskett

Jeffrey Foskett Warren ( born February 17, 1956 in Santa Clara County, California) is an American musician, composer and singer. Foskett has released in his career more than a dozen solo albums.

Biography

Jeffrey Fosketts musical career began on February 9, 1964, when he saw the Beatles appear on the Ed Sullivan Show for the first time. After this experience, he begged his parents to buy him a guitar for his birthday, what the parents finally did. Jeff then played up to high school in various bands. The first of its bands that caused a stir, were "The Pranks ". This was a group that was founded by Jeff, Randell Kirsch and Bo Fox in the late 1970s. The band soon had a large following throughout California.

1980 Foskett left this band, however, as he received the offer of the Beach Boys to go on tour with them. Jeff should be replaced on this tour, vocalist and guitarist Carl Wilson, who was traveling at this time to present his solo album. Foskett, an ardent Beach Boys fan, accepted the offer immediately. Two years later, Wilson returned as a permanent member of the Beach Boys and offered to Foskett to continue its work as an ensemble member. Foskett went to 1991 remains the world with the Beach Boys on tour. He played and sang on two studio albums by the Beach Boys.

In 1991 he left the Beach Boys, to act as a soloist can. Five years Foskett played with his backing band concerts and writing songs before he could release his first album in 1996. However, this publication was limited to Japan, New Zealand and Australia.

His solo career was successful. His song "Fish" climbed into the Japanese charts up to third place. His voice and his guitar playing are represented at over 30 excellent with gold or platinum CDs.
