Jens Larsen

Jens Larsen ( born August 22, 1969 in Aalborg ) is a former Danish indoor and beach volleyball player.

Career

Jens Larsen played in the 1990 indoor volleyball in the Bundesliga at SV Bayer Wuppertal with which he was twice German Champion and one DVV Cup winner. During this time he occupied top positions in the rankings of the German Volleyball in the categories of defense, acceptance and attack. In the Danish national team, he had 158 missions. Jens Larsen also played beach volleyball on the side of Jesper Hansen, with whom he participated in the World Cup and 2000 at the European Championships in 1999.

Later, Larsen was a coach, first in Denmark in Odense and Marienlyst 2005-2009 at his former club Bayer Wuppertal.

Today Jens Larsen worked as a Financial Advisor in Wuppertal.
