Jeremiah Francis Minihan

Jeremiah Francis Minihan ( born July 21, 1903 in Haverhill, Massachusetts, USA; † August 14, 1973 ) was auxiliary bishop in Boston.

Life

Jeremiah Francis Minihan received on 21 December 1929, the sacrament of Holy Orders for the Archdiocese of Boston.

On May 21, 1954, he was named by Pope Pius XII. Titular Bishop of Paphus and auxiliary bishop in Boston. The Archbishop of Boston, Richard Cushing, donated to him on 8 September of the same year the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Bishop of Worcester, John Joseph Wright, and the Bishop of Raleigh, Vincent Stanislaus Waters.
