Jesé Rodríguez Ruiz (usually only Jesé; born February 26, 1993, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ) is a Spanish football player who is under contract at Real Madrid. Mostly he plays as winger and occasionally as an attacking midfielder.

Career

The first stations of Jesé as a junior were the clubs of his hometown CD Virgen del Pilar and AD Huracán. In the summer of 2007, the then 14 -year-old moved to the offspring of Real Madrid. The Brussels residents he went through the ages Cadete B, Cadete A, Juvenil B and Juvenil A and finally celebrated, due to its strong performance in the A- Youth, on 16 January 2011 in a game against FC Universidad Las Palmas his debut in the second- team of the club, Real Madrid Castilla. Overall, he brought it to 2010/11 on three missions in the B- team. For the 2011/12 season the 18 -year-old Jesé was adopted in the final squad of Real Madrid Castilla and quickly secured a regular place as a winger.

His debut in the first team celebrated Jesé on 13 December 2011 in a cup match against SD Ponferradina. Also in the League, he went to a short stint in the senior squad. With Real Madrid Castilla Jesé reached this season promotion to the Segunda División.

The season 2012/13 ended Jesé with his team in eighth place, he brought it in 38 games on 22 goals, surpassing Emilio Butragueños scoring record of 21 goals for Real Madrid's second team in the Segunda División 1983/84.

For the 2013/14 season Jesé extended his contract until 30 June 2017 and moved into the squad for the first team on. On October 26, 2013, he scored against FC Barcelona 's first goal.

National

Jesé Rodríguez took part in the finals of the Spain U-17 European Championship in 2010, when his team with 1:2 only lost in the final against England. Jesé himself denied all five tournament games and contributed a goal at. In October 2010 he made his debut as part of the qualifying round for the 2011 European Championships in the Spanish U- 19th In the U-19 Euro 2012 he was in the finals squad and won with his team the title. With five goals in four games, including a hat-trick in the match against Portugal and the 1-0 winning goal in the final against Greece, he was also top scorer of the tournament. A year later Jesé participated with the Spanish selection at the 2013 U -20 World Cup. He played in all five tournament games, the Spaniard and scored five goals, before retiring with his team in the quarter- final against Uruguay.
