Jigme Lingpa

Rigzin Jigme Lingpa (Tibetan: rig 'dzin ' jigs med gling pa, * 1729 (or 1730), † 1798) was an important Dzogchen master and Tertön the Buddhist Nyingma tradition of Vajrayana. He was born near the Nyingma monastery Beri Gompa in circles Chonggye, Lhokha, Tibet.

Jigme Lingpa is an incarnation of the Dharma King (Ch FaWang ) Thrisong Detsen ( khri srong de'u btsan ) and the great Pandita Vimalamitra ( dri med bshes gnyen ) and other personalities considered.
