Jo Ann Pflug
Jo Ann Pflug and JoAnn Pflug ( born May 2, 1940 in Atlanta, Georgia ) is an American actress in film and television. She played roles in films such as MASH, Catlow - life around the straining, Where does it hurt? or Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.
Life and career
Jo Ann Pflug was born in 1940 in Atlanta, Georgia. Her father, J. Lynn Pflug, was elected in 1958 as mayor of Winter Park. That same year, Jo Ann Pflug graduated from Winter Park High School in Winter Park, Florida, near Orlando. She then studied at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. In 1966, she launched her film and television career.
Plow first major film role was in 1970 in Robert Altman's successful military satire MASH as a U.S. Army nurse Lt. Maria "Dish " Schneider. Other roles on the screen they had in 1971 in the humorous Western from director Sam Wanamaker in Catlow - life around the straining on the side of Yul Brynner, Richard Crenna and Daliah Lavi and 1972 as a partner of Peter Sellers in Rod Amateaus Comedy Where does it hurt?.
