JoaquÃn Boghossian
Antonio Joaquín Boghossian Lorenzo ( born June 19, 1987 in Montevideo) is an Uruguayan football player with Armenian roots.
Career
Career start in Uruguay and Argentina
The large depending on the source position 1.94 meters or 1.97 meters Joaquín Boghossian began his career in 2005 with Club Atlético Cerro in Montevideo. For the season 2006/ 07 he moved to the just from the Segunda División Ascended Club Atlético Progreso. A year later he went back to Cerro. There he played until 2009 then 55 games in which he scored 23 hits. For the 2009/10 season he was loaned to Newell's Old Boys of Rosario in Argentina. Move to Red Bull Salzburg
In July 2010, he joined three million euros or 6.9 million euros to FC Red Bull Salzburg, where he was fitted with a four-year contract for a transfer fee of depending on the source location. There he was to compensate for the departure of leading scorer Marc Janko. In the first two games met the new addition, but achieved through the rest of the season no further goals. National
Joaquín Boghossian was for the U- 20 Selection of Uruguay to the 2007 Campeonato Sudamericano in use, where he was able to win the third place with the team. For the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, he was in the extended squad of the national team, but was not nominated because far more experienced players like Diego Forlan, Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani him were preferred.
