Jochen Horst
Jochen Horst ( born September 7, 1961 in Osnabrück ) is a German actor.
Career
Horst graduated in 1986 in Graz, the State University of Music and Performing Arts with honors ( summa cum laude) in the study of theater and then moved to London to further his study of method acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute under Anna Strasberg for another two years.
Horst in 1986 along with Anne Bennents with the OE Hasse Prize for Best Newcomer of the Year and a wide audience in the role of Sasha in the television series known The legacy of Guldenburgs. In 1996 he received for his role in Balko the Adolf Grimme Award for Best Actor.
He appeared in international productions such as 1990 in The Taking of Achille Lauro with Burt Lancaster and 1993, the cement garden and also worked at the theater.
Private life
Horst married in 1995 his fellow actress Anouschka Renzi. With her he had a daughter. The marriage ended in divorce in 2000. In November 2002, he married the model Tina Ciamperla. With it, he has a son. He currently lives with his family in Mallorca.
