John Lutz (television writer)

John Lutz (born 23 April 1973 in Pipestone, Pipestone County, Minnesota ) is an American actor.

Life

Lutz is the son of a Free Church preacher and grew up in various suburbs of Chicago and Detroit. After completing his schooling, he studied psychology and business administration, inter alia, at the Valparaiso University (Valparaiso ( Indiana)). He was also active at the university theater of his university; only as an actor, later as a producer.

After completing his studies, Lutz went to Chicago and joined there the ensemble The Second City And. From there took him in February 2004, the NBC to New York and hired him for the comedy show Saturday Night Live.

In New York he met Sue Galloway - from the sitcom 30 Rock - and married her a short time later.
