John Valentine Carruthers

John Valentine Carruthers (born 1958 in Wortley ) was guitarist of the band Clock DVA experimental, before he became successor in 1984 by Robert Smith in Siouxsie and the Banshees. As Carruthers never really fitted in with the band and not brought desired Creativity, 1987 he was fired and replaced by Jon Klein. 1993 Carruthers was with Fred Schreck (vocals), ex- Killing Joke drummer Paul Fergueson and John Micco ( bass) guitarist and songwriter of the band Crush, but only briefly existed and released an album.
