Joliette Regional County Municipality
Joliette is a regional county municipality (French municipalité régional du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Quebec.
It is located in the administrative region of Lanaudière and consists of ten subordinate administrative units (two cities, six towns, a village and a parish ). The MRC was established on 1 January 1982. The main town is Joliette. The population is 62,717 and the area 418.1 km ², representing a population density of 150.0 inhabitants per km ².
