Jon Huertas
Jon Huertas ( born October 23, 1976 in New York City, New York ) is an American actor.
Life
Jon Huertas father was Puerto Rican / Black and his mother white. He was raised by his grandparents. He attended Texas Christian University and also writes his own music.
He is best known for his role as Sergeant Antonio ' Poke ' Espera in the miniseries Generation Kill - based on the bestselling novel by the U.S. writer and journalist Evan Wright - as well as Joe Negroni in the film Why Do Fools Fall in Love - The roots of rock ' n ' roll as Detective Javier Esposito, and in the television series Castle.
He is also known that he attended fundraisers of the military.
