Jonna Tilgner
Jonna Tilgner Valesca ( born November 18, 1984 in Hannover ) is a German track and field athlete that starts in both the 400 -meter run as well as in the 400 - meter hurdles.
Life
She began her career as a sports year-olds at the MTV Friesen Bakede. In 2001, she was German B- Junior Champion, 2002 and 2003 German Cup runners-up in the A- youth. In 2006 she was German junior champion in the 400 meter hurdles.
In the adult area, it was 2007 on 400 meter hurdles third in the German Championship. In the Universiade in the same year she won bronze. Jonna Tilgner has a competition weight of 54 kg at a height of 1.69 m. She started for the LG Uplands, the first LAV Rostock and Bremen's athletics team of TuS Komet Arsten in Bremen. In 2006 and 2007 she was elected Bremer Sportswoman of the Year. She completed her studies in Psychology from 2011 successfully.
