Jonna Tilgner

Jonna Tilgner Valesca ( born November 18, 1984 in Hannover ) is a German track and field athlete that starts in both the 400 -meter run as well as in the 400 - meter hurdles.

Life

She began her career as a sports year-olds at the MTV Friesen Bakede. In 2001, she was German B- Junior Champion, 2002 and 2003 German Cup runners-up in the A- youth. In 2006 she was German junior champion in the 400 meter hurdles.
