Jörg van Ommen
Jörg van Ommen ( born September 27, 1962 in Moers ) is a German racing driver.
From 1984 to 1996 van Ommen was active in the German Touring Car Championship and could bring in a total of five victories. With 992.5 points, he ranks in sixth place in the all points table of the DTM. In 1994 and 1995 he was runner-up behind DTM record champion Bernd Schneider. Since 2005, van Ommen has a own racing team, which represented 997 Cup, among others in the Seat Leon Supercopa and Porsche.
