Jorma Härkönen

Jorma Harkonen ( born May 17, 1956 in Saari ) is a former Finnish middle distance runner, who specializes in the 800 -meter distance.

In 1982 he won the bronze medal at the European Athletics Championships in Athens, and in 1983 he reached at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki the semifinals.

Five times he was Finnish champion in the open air (1980-1984) and three times in the Hall (1980, 1982, 1983 ).
