Jose Advincula

Jose F. Advincula ( born March 30, 1952 in Dumalag ) is Archbishop of Capiz.

Life

Jose F. Advincula received on 14 April 1976, the ordination. John Paul II appointed him on 25 July 2001 as Bishop of San Carlos.

He received his episcopal consecration by the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, Antonio Franco, on 8 September of the same year; Co-consecrators were Onesimo Cadiz Gordoncillo, Archbishop of Capiz, and Angel N. Lagdameo, Archbishop of Jaro.

Pope Benedict XVI. appointed him on 9 November 2011 as Archbishop of Capiz.
