San Carlos, Negros Occidental

The City of San Carlos is located on the island of Negros, in the province of Negros Occidental. It is a city of the second income class in the Philippines. The city was originally known as settlement " Nabingkalan " and was renamed in 1856 in San Carlos. In 1 June 1960, she received a city charter, the basis for this was the Republic Act 2643rd
