José Francisco Torres

José Francisco Torres ( born October 29, 1987 in Longview, Texas ) is an American- Mexican football player. He currently plays for CF Pachuca in the Primera División de México.

He possesses both the U.S. and Mexican citizenship. He has a Mexican father and an American mother.

Club career

Torres has been taken from Pachuca under contract when he was still in high school. Since 2006 he plays for the Mexican club, while he still attended the youth academy of the club.

During the Apertura 2008 he came into the first team and quickly conquered a place in the team.

For the Clausura 2013 Torres returns to the league rivals Tigres UANL.

National

Torres was invited for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing. This invitation he had to because of the danger of losing his place in Pachuca, reject.
