José María Movilla

José María Movilla Cubero, short Movilla ( born February 8, 1975 in Madrid ) is a Spanish footballer who plays in the Spanish La Liga with Real Zaragoza.

Playing career

The beginnings

A native of the youth of Real Madrid Movilla started his career at amateur club CD Colonia Moscardó where he stood from 1994 to 1997 under contract. He then moved to the Galician second division CD Ourense. After a year he left the team to sign a contract with the first division team FC MálagaF. He remained there for three years until 2001 when he went to the second division and traditional club Atlético Madrid and thus returned to his homeland.

Primera División

With Atlético succeeded Movilla 2001/ 02 the sovereign ascent. Two more years he came there regularly used before moving to Real Zaragoza in January 2004. There he spent three years as an integral part of the team and won the 2004 Spanish Cup. In the summer of 2007 Movilla moved to newly promoted Real Murcia. There he found his way back to its former strength.

In the summer of 2012, he returned to his former employer Real Zaragoza, after he had in the meantime played for Rayo Vallecano.
