José Serpa
Jose Rodolfo Serpa Perez ( born April 17, 1979 in Corozal ) is a Colombian cyclist.
Serpa took his first success at the 2003 Pan American Games in 2003, he won the gold medal in the time trial. 2004, he was Pan-American Champion in the Team Pursuit and Madison. In the Vuelta a Venezuela, he won a stage in the summer of 2005. In the new year he started excellent. He won three stages at the Vuelta al Tachira, which he then received a contract with Selle Italia Diquigiovanni.
